Earlier this month, MCSU met the College at CRT to discuss many issues and signed two Letters of Agreement!
The first Letter of Agreement pertains to fostering growth in the community, by expanding on the Professional Developement fund. Now, any employee of 2 years who has taken continuing education relating to their job as determined by the College, will have any mandatory educational expenses reimbursed!
The second Letter of Agreement grants additional remuneration to Professional Staff who obtain a Master’s degree. Specifically, those who have completed a Master’s degree and are at the highest step of the salary scale for at least 1 year, will receive 102.5% of the maximum salary rate!
